Our work philosophy

From the reception of the work to its completion, at ARPA Dental Laboratory we apply all the necessary internal protocols to guarantee the traceability and quality of our work throughout the entire production process, always complying with health regulations and ensuring exhaustive quality controls.

We have all the knowledge and tools necessary for the manufacture of all types of dental prostheses with both traditional methods and new digital systems with the aim of being a benchmark as a Digital Dental Laboratory nationally and internationally.

Our work will always have a handmade finish. Thanks to the professionalism and continuous training of our technicians we will obtain excellent results with personalised, natural finishes.

But our work does not end there because we are aware that our dental prostheses will accompany your patients throughout their life and we must offer you the best guarantee and follow-up with our post-sale service and customer service.

CAD

By means of the digitalisation of work with 3D scanners, either in the clinic or the laboratory, together with our Computer Aided Design (CAD) software, we can offer you all types of dental prostheses: simulations of each case, the possibility of correction of angulations in the implants structure, heightened predictability of results, minimisation of errors and a reduction in time and shipping costs, in addition to the storage of all patient information in the cloud of digital files that will not occupy physical space in your clinic.

CAM

The use of robotic production systems of CAD files, such as 3D milling machines, laser sintering machines or 3D printing systems, through Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) systems, allow us to considerably increase quality, the use of new and better materials, an excellent precision in the adjustment of our prostheses and a reduction in time and costs for your benefit and for the benefit of your patients.
